Wholesome Paws tries not to keep large inventory of our treats in order to keep things as fresh as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks lead time to re-produce something, should we be out of stock.

• DRY ITEMS: Select "Ninja Mail". Free for orders above $40. We send by Ninjavan registered mail. This is a 3-7 day service. We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, or crushed treats. 

• FROZEN/FRESH FOODS: Select "Bike" dispatch. Currently, our bike dispatch typically happens between 3pm to 7pm on weekends. Dispatch requests outside of this timing might incur additional fees. Free for Wholesome Paws products only, above $140. CNY or 3rd party products will not qualify for free delivery.

• CHINESE NEW YEAR ORDERS: Select 20 & 21 Jan Delivery. CNY Goodies will not qualify for free delivery.
