LEAD TIME & DELIVERY OPTIONS

Wholesome Paws tries not to keep large inventory of our treats in order to keep things as fresh as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks lead time to re-produce something, should we be out of stock. 

Please double check that you entered your full address. We will NOT be responsible for items sent to the wrong or incomplete addresses.

  • You can always call us at 91162733, if you want to know what is currently in stock.

  • Please refer to the Lead Time & Shipping Options page for more information.

  • DRY ITEMS: Select "Ninjavan". Free for orders above $30. We send by Ninjavan registered mail. This is a 2-7 day service. We accept no responsibility for lost, delayed, or crushed treats. 

  • FROZEN/FRESH FOODS: Select "Bike" dispatch. Our bike dispatch typically happens between noon to 5pm. Dispatch requests outside of this timing might incur additional fees. Free for Wholesome Paws products only, above $100. 3rd party products will not qualify for free delivery.

  • CAKES: have to be sent via car delivery.

  • PS: Do tell us your dog's name in the comments, if you would like for us to keep track of your membership status with offline records!
