Wholesome Paws treats are made as fresh as possible when order and payment are received. Stock availability is based on supply & seasonality.
Kindly allow 10-14 days lead time to produce your order if it is out of stock, before it is sent out.

There must be a lead time of at least 3 days for cakes and meatzzas. We have a maximum number of cakes we can do a day. Please make sure to contact us to make sure we are able to meet your requested date.
SELF PICK-UP
Wholesome Paws offers self pick-up poly at our flagship store at Serangoon Gardens. Upon checking out, please choose the "SELF PICK-UP" option so you would not be charged for shipping. Please check with us if your order is in stock and we can arrange a pick-up date and time.

COURIER DISPATCH
We are able to send your order to you via courier services. We highly recommend that all meals and treats should be delivered, if self pick-up is impossible. This ensures that they arrive in your hands as fresh as possible.

Our "starting point" for courier charges is from our flagship shop at 5 Lichfield Road.

Delivery is made with 3rd party courier service such as Lalamove. It cannot be made in advance, but is arranged for immediate delivery before the agreed date and time. We will not be responsible for any damages to your order while in transit. We will also not be responsible if delivery is late because of peak seasons, or because we are unable to secure a driver.

Please allow a 3 hour time frame for delivery.

Non-fragile items like bone broths or meatzzas may be delivered by our bike dispatch (flat rate of $14).

Our own bike dispatch is only available between 2 - 7 pm most days.
- Larger or fragile items like cakes can only be delivered by car.
